💼 About the Role
As our Social Media Content Creator, you’ll help drive engagement by posting timely, relevant, and thought-provoking content. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our brand voice, expand your knowledge of the consulting and life sciences space, and work directly with our leadership team on digital strategy.

✨ Responsibilities
Curate and share relevant industry articles, news, and thought leadership content
Draft and schedule engaging posts tailored to our brand and audience
Monitor LinkedIn for relevant discussions, trending topics, and opportunities to comment or engage
Assist in creating simple graphics or visuals (Canva or similar tools)
Track engagement and recommend content strategies based on performance
Attend brief weekly check-ins with the team to align on goals and messaging
👤 Ideal Candidate
Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate (Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or Business majors preferred)
Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a professional platform
Excellent writing and research skills
Creative eye for content that resonates with professional audiences
Self-starter who can work independently and manage deadlines
