Job Overview
We are Junksters Haul Away LLC, a junk removal company with employees who are all local high school and college students! We are growing fast and the schedule is filling up, so we are looking to add more drivers and junk removers to the team. 1-800-GOT-JUNK type of service, driving with our company box truck to the customer’s house, taking their junk and putting it in the truck, then driving to the next job. Looking to hire both drivers and team members positions. Flexible part-time and full-time positions are available!

Duties

Arrive on job site, able to assess and quote job based on pricing sheet.
Communicate quote with customers, and negotiate if necessary.
Engage in conversation with customers, and provide excellent customer service.
Remove junk from the property (Anything from furniture to appliances, to trash bags, to construction debris).
Use tools (sledgehammers, sawzalls, hatchets, drills, etc) to demo/disassemble anything that needs to be broken up.
Bag any loose items.
Load junk into box truck, organizing and packing according to company guidelines, maximizing space.
Sweep/clean area after all junk is removed
Checkout customer using square POS terminal
Request review from client if job goes well.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, including detailed reports on source of job, location of job, job description, amount paid, etc.
(Driver) Operate company vehicles for transportation to job sites, ensuring safe driving practices at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties in the field.
Qualifications

(Team Member – $20/hr)

Available to commute to Danville, 94506.
Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting as required for junk removal
Ages 15-23
US Citizen
(Driver/Team Leader – $20-25/hr)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (1 ticket ok)
Some experience and confidence in driving larger vehicles
Excellent communication and sales skills for interacting with clients, quoting jobs, negotiating, and providing exceptional customer service.
Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail when assessing jobs.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in diverse environments.
Available to commute to Danville, 94506.
