Scale MBS is on a mission to help businesses work smarter, not harder. We streamline operations, boost digital presence, and introduce cutting-edge automation strategies inspired by Tesla’s and SpaceX’s efficiency models. Now, we’re growing and want motivated sales talent to grow with us.

We’re looking for bold, driven individuals to represent our services directly to small business owners. You’ll:

– Research potential clients in your territory using our guidelines
– Create a short list of some ways our services/products could help them (we have templates for this)
– Go business-to-business and pitch our high-impact digital solutions
– Educate potential clients on how we can improve their business efficiency, highlighting why they need to make these changes
– Close deals and earn commission for every new client you bring on
– Work closely with upper management and project managers to ensure the client is transferred over properly

This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone hungry to earn based on results.

Earn $350 per client closed (depending on service tier)
Strong recommendations and referrals given to outstanding team members (should they want college recs, job recs, etc.)
Opportunity to grow into higher roles (team lead, account manager, etc.)

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
– A natural people person with great communication skills
– Confident pitching and closing face-to-face
– Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient. MUST be determined and does not give up easy
– Experience in sales (especially door-to-door) is a plus, but not required
