Job Title: Marketing and Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop a top-notch customer interaction experience that scales with our growth into new locations and increasing revenue.
Create tools and processes to streamline key customer interactions, from service scheduling to the pickup and delivery of sharpened tools.
Identify methods to enhance customer feedback and follow-up processes, ensuring the best possible experience for our customers.
Build a new sales channel: Workplace Concierge Services. Collaborate with major local businesses to offer their employees an on-site knife sharpening service tailored to their needs.
Qualifications:

Ability to work independently with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining consistent brand messaging.
Prior experience in digital marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
