Position Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Research Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying qualified HVAC and plumbing companies across the United States through platforms such as Yelp, Google, Angi, and other directories. Your research will directly fuel our outreach efforts to introduce Call Cradle’s AI customer service agents.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and interested in tech-enabled solutions for small-to-medium-sized service businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online research using directories such as Yelp, Google Maps, HomeAdvisor, Angi, and others to identify HVAC and plumbing companies across the U.S.
Collect and organize contact information, including company names, phone numbers, websites, email addresses, and decision-makers when available.
Verify data quality to ensure accuracy and usefulness for outreach campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to pass on high-quality leads for outreach.
Stay current on industry trends and identify new sources and strategies for lead generation.
(Optional) Participate in outbound phone outreach to qualified leads.

Qualifications
1+ year of experience in sales research, lead generation, or virtual assistance preferred
Strong experience with online research and tools such as Yelp, Google Maps, Angi, etc.
Familiarity with CRMs or spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Airtable
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
(Bonus) Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or service-based industries
(Bonus) Prior experience with AI, SaaS, or tech solutions
