Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Low-Code/No-Code Automation Intern to join our team and support the development of automation workflows for our AI calling agents. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools and AI technologies while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

As part of the team, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals to assist in creating and maintaining workflows that ensure smooth and efficient operations for our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and deploying automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or Airtable.
Help integrate AI calling agents with CRMs, calendars, email systems, and other business tools.
Support the identification of process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Monitor existing workflows and assist in resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operation.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to support overall business goals.
Research and explore new tools and technologies to improve workflow automation.
Document workflows and provide updates to internal teams as needed.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Interest in learning and working with low-code/no-code platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or Airtable.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn technical concepts.
Basic understanding of APIs, workflows, or integrations (prior experience is a plus but not required).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with AI platforms or tools like Dialogflow, OpenAI, or Twilio is a plus but not required.
Basic knowledge of databases or CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Exposure to programming or scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a bonus.
